DERBY PARTY SET FOR MAY 2 IN ORANGE BEACH

The Mardi Gras Krewe Treasures of the Isle will sponsor the third annual Derby Party on Saturday, May 2 at 3 p.m. at the VIP Lounge on Canal Road in Orange Beach.

The Derby Party features lots of food and fun before, during and after viewing the Kentucky Derby Race on big screen TVs.  There will be a Happy Hour cash bar and a stick horse race with prizes.  Guests will enjoy great food, silent auction, placing wagers and door prizes as well as the Fashionable Hat Contest for both men and women.  Admission is $25 per person and tickets can be purchased at the Emporium, the Shores Resort, and Jana’s Market in Orange Beach or at Sweet Repeats Boutique in Gulf Shores.  As always, a portion of the proceeds go to local organizations or charities and this year will benefit the Gulf Coast Zoo.
