TREASURES KREWE DONATES TO ALABAMA GULF COAST ZOO
The Mardi Gras Krewe Treasures of the Isle presented a check for $400 to the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo in Gulf Shores. One of the Zoo’s favorite residents, Twitter, a red lemur, was on hand as Patty Hall, Zoo Director, accepts the check from Ron Fowinkle, Public Relations officer for Treasures of the Isle. The donation was made possible, in part, by sponsors of the Krewe’s recent Derby Party stick-horse race. Sponsors included Pennington Appraisal, Anchor Title, Magnolia Animal Hospital, Ron & Sunny David, Coldwell Banker Sea Mitchell Team, Handy Services, Studio 3, Florabama, Escapes, Realty South Nabors Team, U S Bank, Zebra Marketing, VIP Lounge, Live Bait, B of A Home Loans, Boo Ray Girls of TOI, and Ralph’s Wrecks.
