TREASURES OF THE ISLE DONATES TO ORANGE BEACH TIME CAPSULE

The Mardi Gras Krewe, Treasures of the Isle, recently donated their cookbook for placement in the Orange Beach time capsule.  Shown here making the presentation, from the left, are Ron Fowinkle, Cheryl Lanning, Ralph Elders, Iris Ethridge of the Orange Beach Fishing Association, Gloria Bridges, and Bayne Bridges.  The time capsule is being prepared by the Orange Beach Fishing Association for The City of Orange Beach.  The city is celebrating it’s 25^th birthday this year and the Fishing Association it’s 35^th birthday.  Donations for the time capsule can be made by calling 981-2300 and items will be accepted from all aspects of life in Orange Beach.  The cookbook is a collection of favorite recipes by the Treasures of the Isle krewe and can be ordered by calling 981-2227.
