The third annual Treasure Hunt Arts and Crafts Festival will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2011, from 9 AM till 5 PM at the Orange Beach Sportsplex on Canal Road.  Admission is free to the public.  Artist will be displaying and selling their works.  In addition, the festival will feature an Open Car & Motorcycle Show and a community yard sale.  Lots of food and fun for the whole family is being planned.  To learn more about this great event or about displaying and selling art, crafts, or other commercial items albeachrealtor@gmail.com or call 251-228-1340.

TREASURES OF THE ISLE ANNOUNCES THIRD ANNUAL ARTS AND CRAFTS FESTIVAL AND OPEN CAR/MOTORCYCLE SHOW

Calling all artist and craft vendors!  The Mardi Gras Krewe Treasures of the Isle has announced the third annual Arts and Crafts Festival and Car & Motorcycle Show.  The event will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2011, at the Orange Beach Sportsplex on Canal Road.

Lots of food and fun for the whole family is being planned and local artist and craftsmen will be displaying and selling their works.  Food booths will be available and include German sausages, corn dogs, nachos and fresh strawberry shortcakes.  In addition, the festival will feature our second annual Open Car/Motorcycle Show and a community yard sale with a wide variety of “treasures from the attic”.  Proceeds from the festival will benefit local charities in Baldwin County.

Treasures of the Isle King and Queen lunch 2010

The Mardi Gras Krewe, Treasures of the Isle, recently honored their King and Queen with a special luncheon at Ships Harbor Grill in Orange Beach.  Queen Anne Mitchell and King Philip Baker will reign over the upcoming Mardi Gras Ball and the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach Mardi Gras parades on February 16, 2010.  Shown here, front row center in their crowns, are King Philip and Queen Anne along with the attending Krewe members.
